Why do you use pre-paid reservations instead of regular reservations?

Deposits for reservations allow us to better anticipate the number of diners, staffing and the purchase of perishable ingredients.

Can I get a refund if I don’t show up? Can I exchange my reservation for a different night?

We cannot cancel or reschedule your reservation on short (less than 24 hours) notice without retaining the deposit. If you cannot come, please cancel or adjust your party size with 24 hr online notice. After that the deposit is non-refundable.

 

Do you offer a corkage fee?

Chef BT has curated a wine list that is designed to pair well with her cuisine and to accommodate a wide range of price points. You can browse our wine list here in advance: https://www.restaurantbt.com/menu. Our hospitality professionals would be happy to assist you in choosing wines that best accommodate your wishes. 

If you prefer to bring in your wine, corkage fee is $100 for a 750ml bottle of wine. Magnum is $150.  

 

Can I bring cakes?

Due to liability and other concerns, we cannot allow any kind of food or beverages from outside.
